BABYMONSTER Brings the Heat With ‘HOT SAUCE’…Old-School Vibes and Unmatched Energy

BABYMONSTER is turning up the heat with nothing more than a backing track, offering an addictive sound that has fans hyped for their upcoming single, “HOT SAUCE.”

On June 26, YG Entertainment posted “BABYMONSTER Got That ‘HOT SAUCE’” on its official blog. The teaser video features a snippet of the new track’s instrumental, giving a glimpse of BABYMONSTER’s unique take on an ‘80s old-school hip-hop vibe.

From the very start, punchy brass and synth bass grab listeners’ attention, while the rhythmic drum beat doubles the song’s energy and gets the groove going. The already-released line “Yeah BABYMONSTER got that” pairs perfectly with the rising sound, leaving a lasting impression with its bold confidence.

The members’ free-spirited charm is also amplified by their eye-catching styling, which blends perfectly with the vivid visuals on display. With BABYMONSTER’s signature lively energy in full force, curiosity is building about the concept they’ll unveil with this new release.

Set for release at 6 PM on July 1, “HOT SAUCE” is a hip-hop track infused with the late 1980s vibe. YG stated, “This song cleverly captures BABYMONSTER’s boldness and confidence,” adding, “Look forward to BABYMONSTER’s refreshing energy that’ll cool down the summer.”

Meanwhile, BABYMONSTER is currently on their first-ever world tour, “2025 BABYMONSTER 1st WORLD TOUR ‘HELLO MONSTERS,’” performing 32 shows across 20 cities. Kicking off promotions with the pre-release of “HOT SAUCE,” they’ll continue with a second single in September, followed by the release of their mini album in October.
